Project Cancellation
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@mmatechnologiesllc.com
- Projects cancelled within 48 hours of agreement: Full refund minus administrative fees
- Projects cancelled during initial planning phase (1-7 days): 70% refund
- Projects cancelled during development phase: Prorated refund based on work completed
- Projects cancelled in final phase: No refund
Subscription Service Cancellation
- 30-day written notice required for subscription service cancellation
- Monthly subscriptions: No partial-month refunds
- Annual subscriptions: Prorated refund minus any discounts received
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
